Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
To manage research and development (R&D) team
To conduct product development activities, with coordination with external customers and suppliers
To coordinate with internal sales, production, QA, sourcing and pricing
To provide reports on product development
To execute additional tasks assigned by management team

Persyaratan:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in food science, technology or equivalent
Research and development (R&D) experience spanning a min of 5 years in food industry
Knowledge or specific business understanding
Good knowledge in chocolate and compound
Proficient English
Communication skills – both oral and written
